Lean barbecued hamburger burgers are served on entire
wheat buns with onion cuts, lettuce, tomato, and smooth farm dressing.
Ingredients
• 1 pound
ground hamburger (93% lean or more slender)
• 1/4
glass delicate bread morsels
• 1 egg
white
• 1
teaspoon prepared salt
• 1 medium
red onion, cut transversely into 1/2-inch thick cuts
• 1
tablespoon vegetable oil, isolated
• 4 entire
wheat buns, split and toasted
• Romaine
lettuce
• Tomato
cuts
• 1/4
glass lessened fat smooth farm dressing
Method
1. Combine
Ground Beef, bread morsels, egg white and prepared salt in medium bowl,
blending gently yet altogether. Softly shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.
Brush onion cuts with 1/2 tablespoon oil.
2. Place
patties and onion cuts on network over medium, fiery debris secured coals.
