First grease the bread with a little butter and test it in a tester or pan. (You can't taste the bread)
Chop the garlic and onions to your desired size and pour into a bowl. Then pour a little lemon juice over them and set aside.

Now go for the chopped peppers, cabbage or lettuce, carrots and chop them finely.
