      Easy hummus recipe is the best one I think because. If there is something that causes me addiction is the Hummus on a crispy and golden slice of toast. It's never enough. I always feel like Hummus. Any preparation could be richer if you add Hummus. It's like that, it's inevitable, it's wonderful. Hummus, OH YES! I consider this delicious pasta the "cheese" of vegans, so pleasant and irresistible, perfect for an entry, incredible in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. If we compare it with the cheese we find that in 100 grams of cheese there are 371 calories, while in 100 grams of Hummus there are 166 calories. As for the contribution of fat, 100 grams of cheese provides 32 grams of fat, while 100 grams of hummus provide 10 grams of fat (let's not forget that animal fat contains cholesterol and vegetable fat does not) For all this and much more ... Long live the Hummus!
Hummus (Chickpea puree)
          Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame paste Tahini
  • salt pepper and paprika to taste
  • Step by step elaboration
        Method

It is always better to use dried chickpeas and cook them yourself, canned chickpeas contain chemicals that we prefer to avoid. To prepare the chickpeas, they are left to soak overnight in a bowl covered with water. The next day they drain and boil for about 1 hour (until they are tender).
Process all ingredients with a mixer until a smooth and creamy cream is obtained.
