Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. If desired, skip the dry ingredients once to prevent the flour from being shelled when adding more ingredients.

Oh well, we'll go back to cookies for tomorrow but I'll have to make another one very soon and I hope this time to be able to take it home! 

   Ingredients

  1. 250 g 00 flour
  2. 180 g sugar
  3. 180 g Butter
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 sachet Baking powder
  6. 1 vanilla bean

     Method

Divide the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites until stiff steaks
Melt the butter and keep it aside.
