yummy brownie cake, much superior to anything shop purchased

Ingredients for preparing
• 100g spread
• 175g caster
sugar
• 75g light
dark colored or muscovado sugar
• 125g
chocolate
(plain or drain)
• 1 tbsp
brilliant syrup
• 1 tsp
vanilla concentrate/embodiment
• 100g plain
flour
• ½ tsp
preparing powder
• 2 tbsp
cocoa powder
Method for preparing
1. Heat stove
to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Oil and line a 20cm cake tin.
2. Place the
spread, caster sugar, dark colored sugar, chocolate and brilliant syrup in the
skillet and soften tenderly on a low warmth until it is smooth and knot free.
3. Remove the
dish from the warmth.
4. Break the
eggs into the bowl and rush with the fork until light and foamy. 5 Add the
eggs, vanilla concentrate or pith, flour, heating powder and cocoa powder to the
chocolate blend and blend completely.
5. Put the
blend into the lubed and lined cake tin and place on the center rack of the
stove. Prepare for 25-30 mins.
6. Remove and
permit to cool for 20-30 mins before cutting into wedges and serving.
7. Serve with
cream or dessert and a lot of crisp organic product.
