How to prepare potato kibbeh with a unique taste

 

 First, to prepare potato kibbeh, set the oven to 180 degrees.  Then wash the potatoes clean and pour half of the water in a pot to boil them.  After they are boiled, take them out of the pot and peel them.  Mix the potatoes in a bowl with spices and eggs.

 

 In the second step, pour a little oil in a suitable pan and fry the chopped onions for 2-3 minutes until they become glassy and light.  Now add the minced meat to the onion and stir until the color becomes lighter.  Dissolve the meat extract in two spoons and add it to the minced meat.

Now add the flaky almonds along with your favorite spices such as curry and thyme and mix again.  Now take a medium-sized belt mold and grease its bottom and walls so that the potato kibbeh can be easily removed from the belt mold and its order will not be disturbed to keep its shape.

 

 In the last step, cover the bottom of the belt mold with potatoes about 3 to 4 cm, then pour some of the minced meat mixture and hit the surface of the mold until they are smooth.  Continue in the same way until the mold is filled or the potato kibbeh is finished.  Place the mold in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
