Ingredients
5 large angles of plums

2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
A pinch of freshly ground sea salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
For the above
1/2 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds (Preferably it should be
without salt)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds (Preferably should be without salt)
2 tablespoons of raw almonds (Chopped into strips)

Method
Chop the plums with the seeds and remove them in a large pan.
Add maple syrup and cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
Mix oatmeal, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt
and cinnamon powder in the food processor. Transfer the dough in the sea sand

paper.

preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes.
