  simple energy bars recipe. yes, this really simple recipe for energy bar but it's very healthy and energy.easy to make it and very tastefully. With healthy and awesome energy bars, you can enjoy yourself all day.            
Ingredients

5 large angles of plums
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
For the dough

2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
A pinch of freshly ground sea salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
For the above

1/2 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds (Preferably it should be without salt)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds (Preferably should be without salt)
2 tablespoons of raw almonds (Chopped into strips)

Method

Chop the plums with the seeds and remove them in a large pan. Add maple syrup and cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
Mix oatmeal, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt and cinnamon powder in the food processor. Transfer the dough in the sea sand structure you obtained to a square or rectangular baking dish with greaseproof paper.
Tighten evenly by pressing with your hand. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients for it in a separate container. Take the dough you pre-cook from the oven. Meanwhile, reduce the temperature of the oven to 160 degrees.

 Spread the dough on the dough, from marmalade with plum and plum plums. Sprinkle the dried nut mixture over the marmalade and put it back in the oven.
 After cooking for another 20 minutes, remove from the oven.
Slice and serve as one portion when it cools at room temperature. If you wish, you can serve with filter coffee.
