Nice chicken tender, juicy cherry tomatoes, and basil. With a salad next to them you have a hearty meal within minutes. eat in 10 minutes', this chicken smells of summer respects your line and turns you white even if you're a beginner in the kitchen.


        Ingredients 

1 Nitsiakos chicken breast fillet, cut into thick strips
2 boxes. soup of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 box sweet mixture of spices for chicken
half lemon juice
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
5-6 large basil leaves fresh, coarse
Salt Pepper

       Method

In a non-stick frying pan put the olive oil and heat it well, but do not burn it.

Add the chicken, garlic, spice mixture, salt and saute until the chicken is almost cooked and brown. Turn it over and cook on the other side. Peel with lemon juice.

Add the cherry tomatoes and mix carefully. Once the zucchini is done, sprinkle with the basil and serve with freshly ground pepper. You don't cook them because you don't want them to break down and become the sauce.



Tips

The secret is to make the chicken juicy. Carefully scrape a piece with a knife to see it inside. The moment it turns white to pink you should hurry to lower it from the fire.


You can make the same recipe with fish fillet as well as the fish fillet.
