Method
How to make winter salad with chicken
Boil the quinoa.
After peeling the red onion and chopping it as a dice, rub
it with salt and remove the brackish water. Chop the greens. Chop the walnuts
into the size of chickpeas at the most. Mix all the salad ingredients in a deep
bowl.
Transfer all the ingredients to a small jar for the sauce.
Cover the jar, shake the mixture well, and place it on the salad and mix.
