              Ingredients for preparing

         1 tbsp olive oil

         4 boneless skinless chicken bosoms

          200g pack cherry tomatoes


           3 tbsp crème fraîche (half fat is fine)

          Method for preparing

1.         Heat the oil in a griddle, ideally non-stick. Include the chicken and sear without moving it until the point when it goes up against a touch of shading.
