Ingredients

olive oil
• 1 onion, meagerly cut
• 2 garlic
cloves, slashed
• 1 tbsp
white or red wine vinegar
• 1 loaded
tbsp delicate darker sugar
• 400g
would pinto be able to beans, depleted and flushed
• 200ml
passata
• small
cluster coriander, cleaved
Method
1. Heat the
