Ingredients

mustard seeds
• 2 tsp
turmeric
• 10 curry
leaves (discretionary)
• 700g
jasmine rice
• 2 tsp
chicken stock powder
Method
1. For the
glue, absorb the chilies bubbling water for 15 mins. Deplete, expel seeds and
