Ingredient
• 1 x 400 g
tin of chickpeas
• 1 little
clove of garlic
• 1
tablespoon tahini
• 1 lemon
• extra
virgin olive oil
Method
1. Drain and
tip the chickpeas into a nourishment processor.
2. Peel and
include the garlic, at that point include the tahini, a great crush of lemon
juice and 1 tablespoon of oil.
3. Season
with a squeeze of ocean salt, at that point pop the cover on and barrage.
4. Use a
spatula to rub the houmous down the sides of the bowl, at that point rush again
until smooth.
5. Have a
taste and include more lemon juice or a sprinkle of water to release, if
necessary, at that point exchange to a serving dish.
6. Serve
with cut crunchy vegs, for example, carrots, cucumbers, radishes or peppers,
and some warm flatbreads.
