Beef fillet with caramelized onions delicious recipe method
Beef fillet
with caramelized onions. Prepare special meat recipes with my lady's kitchen
and feet as an integrated meal beside rice or boiled potatoes.
Ingredients
- Meat Fillet: 500 grams
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: Half a teaspoon
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Onions: 3 grains (sliced thin)
- Red Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: half a teaspoon
- Garlic: 2 cloves (fine crushed)
- Green onions: oud (for garnishing)
How to
prepare Beef fillet with caramelized onions
Heat on
medium to high heat.
Add meat,
salt and pepper, and stir for 10 minutes, then remove the meat from the pan.
Add butter
and oil to the same skillet, add onion slices and stir for 15 minutes until the
onion softens, becomes brown and caramelizes.
Add sugar,
vinegar for an additional 5 minutes.
Return the
fried meat, add the garlic, and stir for 5 minutes.
Put the
mixture in a serving dish and garnish with green onions and serve hot alongside
boiled potatoes or rice as desired.
