How to make anchovy rice |

Anchovy rice
is an extremely tasty rice that is not as difficult as it seems. And I guess I
don't know anyone who doesn't love him. If you make friends or something,
everyone will want you to come home and cook!
In this
recipe; first we start with the rice portion. While the rice is cooked,
anchovies will slowly begin to set the pan.
Then we will
meet the rice with anchovies in a baking dish and leave it to bake in the oven
with a delicious pastry. When cooked; it will be a delicious meal with its
smell, appearance and taste.

Ingredients For rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion
- pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of currants
- allspice
- 1 cup of rice
- 1.5 glasses of water fresh dill
Ingredients For anchovies
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 1 kg of anchovies
Tip
If the dish
you serve will be the same size as the cookware you cook, it will be much
easier to turn it.
Method
Take a pan
of rice and open it underneath.
Take the
butter and olive oil and add the finely chopped onion after the butter has
melted.
Roast the
onion until it turns color.
When the
onion leaves itself, add the pine nuts and continue to roast.
Soak the
bird grapes with hot water to soften, then strain the water and add it to the
pot.
Add a little
allspice and stir a little.
Wash long
Baldo rice under cold water to get rid of excess starch and transfer it to the
pot.
Roast rice
with other ingredients.
Add salt and
pepper and blend a little more.
Add the
juice and mix everything again and let it boil.
When you see
it boiling, turn it down, close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes until it has
drained.
After you
see it cooked, open the lid and add fresh chopped dill and leave to infuse for
10-15 minutes.
Clean and
wash anchovy.
Strain the
water after washing.
Place a
copper pot or ovenware on the counter.
Lubricate
the gold to the edges along with olive oil.
Dip the
anchovies in cornmeal and place the anchovies starting from the inside and rotating
outwards.
When you
have covered each side of the pan, then pass the edges again with anchovies to
cover it.
After
placing all of the anchovies, stir the infused rice well and leave over the
anchovies.
Make sure to
place the rice as high as possible.
Close the
anchovies on the edge over the rice. This will make it stop all the more.
Continue
placing the remaining anchovies with the skins on top and cover the rice.
Hover over
some more olive oil. You can also apply a brush on anchovy.
Place the
pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes.
After
removing from the oven, turn it to a service plate.
If your
plate is the same size as the pot you use, it will be easier to turn.
Service
Suggestion
Garnish with
fresh onion and lemon slices and serve by slicing.
