Pasta Salad Recipe
Very easy to prepare. This light, crisp pasta dish is
prepared to eat in 15 minutes

Ingredients for preparing
• 3 tbsp
olive oil
• 3 fat
garlic cloves, finely slashed
• 1 red
bean stew, deseeded and finely cleaved
• zest 2
lemons
• 400g
pasta
• 200g
crisp or solidified peas
• 20g pack
basil
Method
for preparing
1. Heat 1
tbsp oil in a griddle and cook the garlic and bean stew for a few mins until
delicately brilliant. Blend in the get-up-and-go.
2. Cook the
pasta, including the peas for the last 2 mins. Deplete, at that point tip
everything once again into the pot. Tip in the garlic, bean stew and lemon,
scratching in any bits adhered to the container. Tear in the basil, season and
include the staying olive oil. Blend well.
