I have always had a soft spot for sweet potatoes, since when I was little my mother made them roasted and her sweet aroma filled the whole house. The sweet potato cake I made today is a simple and original way to serve them, and very healthy, since not carrying eggs is cholesterol-free. It also has no flour, which makes it even lighter. I like to eat it warm, but cold is just as good. I also like them as a garnish for meats or roasts, baked in the oven with their skin, and sprinkled with spices, aromatic herbs, and olive oil. A delicious alternative to the classic roasted potatoes.

     Ingredients:

  • 1 kg sweet potatoes,
  • 100 gr. sugar,
  • 1 egg,
  • 3 tablespoons fine cornmeal (cornstarch),
  • 1 orange,
  • 30 gr. peeled walnuts,  
  • 30 gr. raisins without seeds, a pinch of ground cinnamon, pinch of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Sugar icing and ground cinnamon, to decorate.


     Method

Steam the peeled sweet potatoes in pieces for about 25 minutes, or until they are very tender. Drain and reserve.

In a bowl mix the cooked pulp with the orange juice, strained, and sugar. Crush with mixer or rods until a thin dough is left. Add the egg, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, chopped nuts and raisins. Stir well. If you want you can add to the dough a pinch of lemon zest, or even nutmeg, which combine well with the sweet taste of sweet potatoes.
Pour in greased individual flan eras, as in this case, or in a round cake mold of 22 cms., And cover with melted butter. Bake at 220º for about 45 minutes, or until cooked. Let cool and unmold. Serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon and icing sugar or decorate with citrus peel strips.

 Vanilla cake a super-soft cake, easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast or for the whole family's snack. Do you know those cakes that I often enjoy making without this or without that? Here's forget it because this cake has everything it needs to have. I wanted to prepare a soft and very high cake to try to change the breakfast of our house where we all drink coffee in a rush eating maybe a biscuit or two and little else but it shouldn't have been too messy and I had to make it last at least a couple of days because we're out of everything the day and only at breakfast any cake would become dry. Well, do you want to know? I didn't have time to prepare it for Bugi which in a few minutes was already half a cake and after two hours it was finished. Oh well, we'll go back to cookies for tomorrow but I'll have to make another one very soon and I hope this time to be able to take it home! 

   Ingredients

  1. 250 g 00 flour
  2. 180 g sugar
  3. 180 g Butter
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 sachet Baking powder
  6. 1 vanilla bean

     Method

Divide the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites until stiff steaks
Melt the butter and keep it aside.
 Put the yolks in a bowl together with the sugar and whip them with the electric whisk until they become frothy and whitish. Cut the vanilla pod with the tip of a small knife and extract the internal seeds. (keep the vanilla pod to flavor the milk for the PASTRY CREAM). Add the melted and cooled butter and continue to beat with the electric whisk for a few minutes.   Sift the flour and baking powder and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Finally, also, add the egg whites whipped with gentle movements and from the bottom up using a spatula. Pour the vanilla cake dough into a greased and floured or greased cake tin or with grease proof paper or with the release agent for baking pans and level the surface well.   Bake the vanilla cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes until the cake is completely cooked and you have made the toothpick test. Remove the vanilla cake from the oven and let it cool completely. Once the cake is completely cold, you can sprinkle it with SAUCE SUGAR.   

VARIANTS AND ADVICE

 You can replace the butter with oil in the doses that you will find HERE. If you do not have the vanilla bean, you can replace it with a sachet of vanilla or a teaspoon of vanilla extract. 


      Storage


The vanilla cake is kept soft for two days covered with plastic wrap.

Ingredients                    
  1.   Egg whites have six digits
  2.   Six tablespoons of powdered sugar
  3.   Corn flakes three tablespoons
  4.   Coat a tablespoon of powdered sugar
  5.   Six tablespoons of crushed almonds
  6.   A teaspoon of vinegar

Method                   


As per the oil requirement, egg whites come in a large dry bowl with the help of an electric battery for a long time.
1. Then add a teaspoon of powdered sugar in it and when both of these things are combined, add the powdered corn flakes and cocoa powder to it and mix it lightly.
2. Finally, add the vinegar and almonds and mix them with a light hand. Put the butter paper in the baking tray and brush it with cooking oil and pour the prepared mixer over it.
3. In a pre-heated oven, let it bake for an hour and a half. Then turn off the oven and allow the pelvis to cool inside.

Ingredient

One medium-sized onion
1 full garlic
1 ginger 2 inch
5 green chill
5 tbsp green coriander leaves
4 cup of water
2 chicken cube optional
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
8 red chili
1 tbsp black pepper
3 cinnamon sticks & black cardamom
½  tsp turmeric powder
1 kg of chicken
1 cup ( 250 g ) split chic peas ( should soak overnight)
Mint leaves optional
2 egg

Method

On a flame put a pan/pot
Add 4 cups of water
Add chicken in it
Now add split chic peas in it
Add the onion in it
Then add garlic
Now add ginger and green chili
Also add red chili, cinnamon sticks, and black cardamom, turmeric powder
, cumin seeds, coriander seeds,2 chicken cubes and mix it well
Let it cook for about 45 to  50 minutes on a low average flame
Also, mix it well in middle with a fork once.
After this remember chicken had been boiled .take it out from the pot and split the chicken from its bones and let other materials boil in it. after this again put the chicken in the pan mix it and leave to cook well .after a while it's been well cooked so switch off the flame and take out all the spices which have been cooked like a cinnamon stick and grind it well after this add 3 green chilies, mint leaves  in the ground material mix all the ingredient.
Now shape the Shami kabab with hands. You can freeze it for months  take a little oil in hands and make your palms oils first make balls and then try to make kabab shape easily. now take the other pan and put oil in it. now dip Shami  in beaten eggs and then fry it well on medium flame to make brownish.
Now your all work is done and Shami kababs are ready serve with your family and enjoy.

•             140g margarine, in addition, to add to the tin

•             300g brilliant icing sugar sieved

•             1 tbsp margarine , softened

•             3-4 tbsp bubbling water

•             50g each white, plain and drain chocolate, broken into squares

           Method


1.            Heat broiler to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Spread and line the base of a 18 x 28cm cake tin or plate. Put the margarine and sugar into a bowl; beat together with electric hand blenders until light and cushioned. include the eggs a little at any given moment, beating great between every expansion.

2.            Sieve the flour, cocoa and bicarbonate of pop into the bowl, at that point tip in any grain left in the strainer. Pour in the common yogurt.
