Ingredient

One medium-sized onion
1 full garlic
1 ginger 2 inch
5 green chill
5 tbsp green coriander leaves
4 cup of water
2 chicken cube optional
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
8 red chili
1 tbsp black pepper
3 cinnamon sticks & black cardamom
½  tsp turmeric powder
1 kg of chicken
1 cup ( 250 g ) split chic peas ( should soak overnight)
Mint leaves optional
2 egg

Method

On a flame put a pan/pot
Add 4 cups of water
Add chicken in it
Now add split chic peas in it
Add the onion in it
Then add garlic
Now add ginger and green chili
Also add red chili, cinnamon sticks, and black cardamom, turmeric powder
, cumin seeds, coriander seeds,2 chicken cubes and mix it well
Let it cook for about 45 to  50 minutes on a low average flame
Also, mix it well in middle with a fork once.
After this remember chicken had been boiled .take it out from the pot and split the chicken from its bones and let other materials boil in it. after this again put the chicken in the pan mix it and leave to cook well .after a while it's been well cooked so switch off the flame and take out all the spices which have been cooked like a cinnamon stick and grind it well after this add 3 green chilies, mint leaves  in the ground material mix all the ingredient.
Now shape the Shami kabab with hands. You can freeze it for months  take a little oil in hands and make your palms oils first make balls and then try to make kabab shape easily. now take the other pan and put oil in it. now dip Shami  in beaten eggs and then fry it well on medium flame to make brownish.
Now your all work is done and Shami kababs are ready serve with your family and enjoy.

1.      Take 2 cups of jasmine you can take also basmati rice.
2.      Now add 1 cup water.
Take it on low heat cook it for 50 minutes. Let take out cover and fluff with a fork for a while.
Now get a close fitting lid and cook rice but never forget to add lightly salted water, and cook for a while on slow fire. until start first bubble on the top.

Now you need a big saucepan in this type of pan you can easily make a perfect one

4.      Ginger 2 tbsp sliced
5.      Green chilies 5-7
6.      A paste of garlic and ginger 3 tbs
7.      Green coriander    2 bunch
8.      Dry coriander  2 tbls
9.      Cumin seeds crushed 2 tbs
10.   Rec chili crushed 1 / 2 tbs
11.   Salt to taste

Cooking method

Bring all the ingredients near and take a pot for cooking. Now heat the pot and take oil then add ginger and garlic paste first of all.look for few seconds.
Now add crushed cumin and coriander, stir it well.
After that add chicken, cook al least 2 to 3 minutes.
Now take green chilies and fresh coriander and gave a little time for mixing.
Then take grind tomatoes, red chili, turmeric, and salt.
Now set aside and cook it for a while until the water has dried.
